Abutogel Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the abutogel platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the abutogel platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using our platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and abutogel as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
The abutogel platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by or on behalf of any individual below the required age limit is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and freezing of any associated balance.

2. Account Creation, Security and Account Policy
Registration & Account Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Users are fully responsible for updating their personal details whenever changes occur. abutogel reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. abutogel will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend using a strong password that is different from those used on other platforms.
Account Suspension and Closure
Abutogel reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including: suspected fraud, breach of terms, promotion abuse, or at the user's own request. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the account balance will be held until the investigation is concluded.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the abutogel platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Making your own gaming decisions free from pressure
- Setting personal gaming limits based on your own financial means
- Contacting support when you need assistance
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party scripts
- Manipulating the system or exploiting technical vulnerabilities
- Colluding with other players to defraud the platform
- Registering using a false identity or another person's identity
Violations of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary. abutogel reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms.
4. Payment Information, Transactions and Withdrawals
Deposits & Payment Methods
All transactions on the abutogel platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include local e-wallets and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful source.
Abutogel is not liable for processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require supporting documents. abutogel reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set from time to time and are displayed in your account settings.
- All amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
- Deposits processed within 1–5 minutes (e-wallet)
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days
- Transaction disputes: within 30 days
- Transaction fees (if any) will be disclosed before confirmation
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, abutogel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform. This includes losses due to service disruptions, system failures, or technical errors beyond our control.
This platform is provided on an "as-is" basis and abutogel makes no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or security vulnerabilities. Users are responsible for assessing their own risk when using the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the abutogel platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of abutogel and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Where the platform contains links to third-party websites or services, abutogel is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Abutogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be displayed on this page along with the most recent effective date. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
